Love this bag!! As a taller person, it is nice to not have to stoop to pull the bag. The top shoe pocket is accessable from both the outside and from a zipper that is inside the bag a well. Super convient. FIts my size twelves with room to spare. the side pocket and the end pocket are both very well thought out and hold tons of stuff. Bought another one and have stored it away for when I inevitably break this one. DId I mention the wheels are super smooth.

The only fault I have, and it is minor, is that there is no secure straps to hold the balls inplace and it leads to them moving or shifting from time to time as I pull the bag.
