I've been using my Tour X Solid for about a month. It is an outstanding compliment to the Tour X, and does what you would expect a solid version of the Tour X to do.
The high RG gives this ball easy length through the front of the lane - even with a sanded surface (my preference for this ball). The solid cover picks up earlier in the mid-lane than the pearl cover of the Tour X. In my opinion, the back end response is smooth and predictable - more of a soft arc motion. The original Tour X is a bit more angular. However, both of these balls have stronger backend motions than the Tour SIC.
My pin-down below the bridge with a weight hole around P3 is the ball described above. I also have another one with the pin right of the ring finger that provides a great controllable look on shorter patterns. I would highly recommend this ball, particularly for mid-to-high rev bowlers who are looking to control ball motion on more challenging sport shots. DEFINITELY a must-have for tournament bowlers!

Every ball with the DNA core has been great for my style - from the 400A to the original Tour X to this ball - they all roll great.
The higher RG of this core along with the DR-4 cover get this ball down the lane easily and then the high diff in the core allow the ball to finish on the back-end. This is a great ball for medium oil patterns.

Works great late. A ball that is so clean throught the front with a nice, controllable arc on the back and continuation throught the pins. A go to late in the day.

The Tour X Solid is a must for all tournament bowlers. The ball reads the midlane a little sooner than the Tour X Pearl and transitions smoother off the backend. It helps to blend out the oil pattern.

The track tour x solid is a great ball that allows people to get a smooth reaction out of a solid ball, this ball is very versatile when the lanes start to tighten up, the core and cover stock allow for a great mid lane motion.
