Ordered this by mistake through a miscommunication with my pro-shop. Decided to try anyway. Feels a bit heavy on the foot, but the traction is good. However one of the straps has already torn after only 5 months of use (30+ games per week). I expected a little bit more durability from Dexter.

About the Bowler

Great addition for those who drag their plant foot toe on the approaches.

After ruining countless amounts of Velcro pads on the toe of my plant foot from dragging it along the approaches (and ripping up the first 1-2 cm of traction pad) I decided to purchase one of the Powerstep T3+ soles.

This solves every issue I have had with the front toe of interchangeable sole shoes. With the rubber toe wrap-around design, it is now impossible to rip the sole from the Velcro attachment.

However, after repeated use, you will notice wear depending on the severity of your toe drag. It seems that the longevity of the Powerstep compared to the classic T3 sole is lacking, and my Powerstep has become severely worn through normal use as compared to the standard T3 I was using before. However, I wouldn't go without a Powerstep again.

Dexter Max Powerstep T3+ is a nice addition to my SST8 shoes, I drag my foot on my none slide shoe and it would leave a black mark on the deck everytime , this solves the problem , the only negative is it takes a little getting use to because being a soft rubber when you drag your foot it will be like putting on a brake as the Powerstep graps

Never tried the push off shoe (right) without the T3+. I bought Dexter SST 8 SE shoes along with the Powerstep T3+. Ironically, the SST 8 SE is designed with the T3 sole in place when they come, but no matter, I put the Powerstep T3+ on it anyway. I had no problems with it whatsoever and I became accustom right off the bat.

Very disappointed. About 1/3 of the Velcro on this sole will not stick to the shoe. My other soles stay on fine,so it's not the Velcro on the shoe being worn out.
Looks like poor quality control.
