This ball is awesome. Perfect for medium-dry to dry lanes. Play straight up the boards and it's right at home. It's a perfect compliment in my arsenal. If you're looking for a ball for medium-dry to dry lanes then this is a must have.

Hammer what? I was a very loyal Hammer fan before. After being a little hesitant about this brand and this specific ball, all I can say is that I bought the Lane Masters Hornet which is the best ball ever. Hammer is now my 2nd brand to buy. The Hornet hits very hard, excellent pin reaction, and it's very forgiving, very nice for dry lanes. Hammers hit hard but they're not as forgiving as Lane Masters, also they have a little less pin reaction, IMO. It took a bit to get used to the Hornet, but once I got the feel of it, the game was on!. It's now my favorite ball of all times.

The Lane Masters Hornet bowling ball absolutely shocked me. This ball is one of the best balls I have thrown, and I have thrown quite a few. It is an excellent medium oil ball, and if you move in an play up the dries, nothing can stop you. This ball has excellence length, conserves energy, and hit the pins noticeable different, as you can see it rev up into the pocket. Definitely a must.
