Based on our Perfect Scale™ ratings, may we also suggest the following items.
With the core/coverstock combination the Nasty Nail clears the front of the lane with ease and has it's energy waiting to be released on the back end. This makes for a very aggressive entry into the pocket. The Nasty Nail Solid and Pearl are very good compliment to each other during the lane transition from medium oily to medium dry.
The Perfect Scale™: Helping Bowlers Make Better Decisions. Because each manufacturer uses a different method for indicating a ball's hook potential, bowlingball.com developed a way for the consumer to compare bowling balls across all manufacturers.

Man! If you can get your hands on one of these, don't miss your chance! I had strayed from hammer (with Elite Cheetah) and didn't like the ball at all, so now I needed a dryer lane ball. My pro shop guy had one of these sittin around and gave it to a friend of mine, who in turn, gave it to me. I LOVE the ball. It's about 7 borads less length than my black widow. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Not a whole lot of length, VERY late backend, and the backend is nothing to sneeze at! This is a good bowler for a medium ball speed (14.5 as myself) and a tweener (also me). Perfect fit!
