Purchased this last year right after it came out. Out if the box it was doing great. It didn't take many games for this ball to "wear out its welcome" in my bag. After about 6 - 9 weeks the ball was dead. After using the "Hook Again" it was better, but not like new. The ball when new had great reaction and carry. It just doesn't work for me.

The AMF 300 Terminal Velocity bowling ball is my go to ball for the med-heavy to heavy oil shot. Hits and carries the pocket. No problems for me going dead. I don't have the high revs that kill particles though. Threw 289 right out of box last year. To much ball for house shot though.
