The Vibe Purple bowling ball is the best ball for dry lane conditions. My son has the Blue Vibe and it is great also. But, it is more for a wider range of conditions. I have this original Purple Vibe drilled for length and absolutely make a killing with lanes drying up. Wouldn't trade it for anything.
