In the last year, Storm's development team has conducted top secret research that has ultimately culminated into the creation of the new, super aggressive MONSOON™ coverstock. Not stopping there, Storm Bowling's team infused a Medium Traction (MT) particle load within the MONSOON™ and then integrated it with the highly evolved Triple Disk RAD3™ weight block. This combination of low RG and a strong preferred spin axis generates a powerful reaction in oil that increases entry angle to the pocket for pin action that's out of this world!
The Perfect Scale™: Helping Bowlers Make Better Decisions. Because each manufacturer uses a different method for indicating a ball's hook potential, bowlingball.com developed a way for the consumer to compare bowling balls across all manufacturers.

The Storm Fear Factor bowling ball moves a ton, but it soaks up oil entirely too quickly for my liking. For your money, go with a ball that is much easier to maintain. I noticed this ball also seems to match up better on wood than on synthetic lanes.
