Pros:
It's well-made, quality material and solid stitching; it will last you a good while, I think.
The double-layer design makes it easy to cut a slit and insert a metal backing if your glove doesn't already include one. Convenient.
Cons:
Being double-layered makes it fit rather snugly under the glove...might be too tight for some people.
It's quite long; obviously to fit under some of those longer, robocop-style contraptions, but too long (visually) for the shorter gloves. If that bothers you, you'd have to trim it yourself.
