My wrist got strained pretty bad before I got this wrist guard. Now I can't play a game without it. It does its job well and feels pretty comfortable too. The band can get a little tight, but the Velcro doesnt only attach at one spot so it can accommodate any sized bowler.

I got one because by the end of the nite of league bowling was wrist was sore. So i decide to try one the following week. It did the job my wrist was not sore after the league was nite was done.
