Great shoes! Keeps your feet cool. Very comfy. worked great.The interchangable soles were a big help with my bowling for highschool. Being that we traveled around a lot and were on different approaches. I recommend these to anyone!good luck with your bowling!

Very comfortable. Love the cleat insert. Very tuneable. Poor quality. I'm right handed and the right shoe has been super glued many times. Replaced toe cap once. Stitching on slide foot is wearing out after 2 seasons. My previous shoes were dexters that my dad bought in 1969. I retired them and got these. I'm sure the 3Gs won't be around forty years from now. Or 1 year.

I have this style of shoes in the all white with Silver which is no longer available(ugh!). These shoes took a little while to get used to as the heel was a little bit more raised than the Dexter shoes I had previous. Once I got used to these shoes they ended up being great, the slide is very consistent and the comfort level is second to none.
